La marche digestive se fera dans les Alpes suisses, aux côtés du troupeau des frères von Siebenthal. Et on troquera la voiture pour une monture au Cheval Vapeur, ancienne station essence devenue curiosité dans la Drôme.</p>
<p>Si la pêche n’est pas bonne, on écoutera le bruit du ruisseau. Et on écoutera aussi d’autres paroles moins prosaïques : celles d’étudiants d’Agro Paris Tech qui appellent leur génération à bifurquer. En donnant du sens à leur avenir, en ne collaborant plus avec les entreprises polluantes et climaticides.</p>
<p>Il y a bien quelques jeunes qui ont déjà pris ce nouveau chemin : on rencontrera dans ces pages les fondateurs de La Ferme Sans Nom et leur formidable reconquête de la semence paysanne.
